This fund will pay for planting a commemorative tree and plaque in Allen Gardens, a second home to Graeme. It will support us to remember Graeme Bacque's kindness, thoughtfulness, compassion and commitment to social justice, and create a place to visit and gather.

We lost Graeme Bacque this past September 2021 and he is missed terrible by family, friends and comrades. Graeme was a Toronto-based “freelance hobby-level photographer, haphazard wordsmith (self-taught in both), anti-poverty activist and general political malcontent” in his own words.

Any additional funds raised will be dedicated to other plantings, including a tree for Don Weitz and another for Graeme in other locations.
