Commemorating the Life of Barbara Bedonie

My name is Charmayne Bedonie and I am the daughter of Barbara Bedonie. My mother appointed me to be the family representative to help fulfill her final arrangements.
My mother, Barbara Bedonie, was the epitome of kindness and compassion. She dedicated her life in serving others. Those who knew her have said she was a beautiful person inside and out. She was known for her positivity and heartwarming smile. She genuinely loved and cared for everyone she encountered. My mother valued family time above all and took great joy in being a grandmother to her nine grandchildren.
My mother has touched many lives throughout the twenty-five consecutive years in the healthcare field. She was employed at Cedar Ridge Inn of Farmington for seventeen of those heartfelt years.
Over a period of three weeks, my mother bravely battled Covid-19 and succumbed on May 16, 2020. We, the family, would like to honor her life through commemorating all the love and dedication she had for everyone. Due to Covid-19, we are unable to conduct family meetings for donations. We are asking those who are able, to contribute to her memorial fund.
Even though our hearts feel empty and we miss her dearly, my mother is no longer in pain or suffering. She was a devoted Christian and we take comfort in knowing she was greeted lovingly by those who have preceded her in death.
We would like to thank the brave doctors and nurses of Presbyterian Rust Medical Center who provided the utmost care for our mother. Additionally, we would like to thank Cedar Ridge Inn; my mom's work family. We give all healthcare professionals our deepest gratitude and admiration.
