Coming Together to Support Jake

On Sunday, April 24th, Jake had a stroke, causing a seizure. The doctors found a blood clot in the back of his brain. After many tests to see what caused this to happen, they found that he has a patent foramen ovale (PFO), a small opening between the heart's two upper chambers, the right and the left atrium.

Jake will being having a heart procedure in the near future and we are hopeful this will prevent any stroke or other complications long term.

Jake and his wife Morgan need all the thoughts, prayers and support they can get in this challenging time. Any financial donations will go directly towards his medical expenses.
