Hello everyone, my name is Piper Dandy, for those that know me, you know I love this beautiful person with all my heart. Those that don’t know me, but do know Alexis, you know what I’m going to say is true. On May 2, our Alexis was paddle-revived in the hospital, bringing her back to life. Thankfully, the amazing doctors and medical team were there, and were able to find Alexis‘s heartbeat again. At this time she’s stable, but has a failing pancreas, is in liver failure, on dialysis and has a leaky left heart valve, (which is hard to access) and is having surgery for that particular issue this coming Wednesday. She’s got so much liver damage, a blood clot abscess, is having a dangerous and rare heart surgery, and good God so so much more. Due to the insane cost of her prescriptions, & her medical care (and god willing, hopefully the need to pay to get back-and-forth to these appointments if
and when they in fact, let her go home) she’s gonna need our help guys… y’all, this beautiful person right here would give you the shirt off of her back if you needed it without even having to ask. She’s been a shoulder to cry on, a couch to sleep on, and an ear to listen to all of us for decades. It’s time for the babies to come together and help Alexis. God save the Queen!
