Coming Together for Travis

It is with a heavy heart that we create this page in memory of Travis Sierra.
Travis was the beloved 12 year old son of Lisa and David Sierra. Their family is a much-loved part of the Las Vegas community, and the Las Vegas equestrian community, and our hearts are broken.
“This world and my family lost a very special human being. Sometime in the night God called our son Travis home. Travis came into this world full of life and a plan to make people happy through laughter. At age 3 he had his first seizure, which turned out he had a rare seizure disorder called Lennox Gastaut Syndrome. Unfortunately, other side effects came with it, but as a parent, you adapt because it becomes his new normal which we wouldn’t have changed for the world because this was the Travis everyone came to know and love. With so many emotions going through me right now, some may wonder how I can write, but I wanted to share how Travis had an effect on us.  Mentally he was a toddler meaning so much innocence. He didn’t care about social media, video games, politics, or money like many do. He was excited about the smallest of things. 12 years is not a long life, but it was plenty of time to change the lives of those around him. He taught me so many things and the most important was patience and appreciation of life itself.” -David Sierra
In honor of Travis, and in support of the Sierra Family, all funds raised on this page will be given directly to David and Lisa to help with expenses and any hardships they encounter from this loss.
Please keep this wonderful family in your thoughts and prayers, and thank you in advance for your love and generosity.
