On Friday morning, we lost an extraordinary human being.

Sheila was a light in this world - a sister I never had, a guide, a confidant, and a trusted partner to many.

Her compassion, wisdom, and steady presence touched countless lives, and the space she leaves behind is impossible to put into words.

Sheila’s partner is now facing an unimaginable loss while also navigating a season of life that already required immense strength and resilience. I created this page to help ease some of the emotional and practical weight she is carrying during this incredibly difficult time.

The funds raised will go directly toward supporting her with needs as they will arise in the coming months - the ability to take time to grieve and heal without added financial stress, and other unforeseen costs that arise when life is suddenly turned upside down.
