Our dear friend Hina shah is facing an unimaginable loss after the sudden passing of her beloved husband.

Syed Akmal Shah was a loving father, a devoted partner, and a kind soul who has always shown up for others. His family and community meant everything to him and his loss leaves a space that can never be filled.

As Hina begins to process this tragedy, she is also faced with the immediate reality of providing for her family on her own. We are coming together as a community to support her during this incredibly difficult time.
