Long-time ThreadZ Custom Bowstrings employee, Melinda DeBoe, recently lost her husband, Dustin DeBoe, unexpectedly. Melinda has been a valued part of the TCB family for over four years. Day in and day out, she shows up and gives her all to the brand. Her smile and positivity have always been a true source of motivation on the build floor. No matter the workplace stress or complications, Melinda remains optimistic and pours positive energy into everyone around her.

Unfortunately, Dustin did not have a life insurance policy in place, leaving Melinda and her family facing a significant financial burden during an already heartbreaking time. Between funeral and burial expenses, caring for her family, and managing everyday living costs, the weight of this loss is heavy in more ways than one.

As her work family, we want to come together to support Melinda when she needs it most. Our goal is to help ease some of the financial stress so she can focus on what truly matters: grieving, healing, and being there for her family.
