We are coming together to support the family of Joahkim Dennis. At only 19 years old, Joahkim passed away suddenly due to Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). This unexpected loss has shaken everyone who knew and loved him. Joahkim brought light into so many lives, and the pain of losing him is indescribable.
