I'm starting this fundraiser to help our community member, Jacqui Loyola, aka Dope, raise money to cover living expenses following knee surgery on 12/30/25. They are self-employed and won't be able to work for about 6 weeks following surgery. As many of you know, Jacqui works on their feet all day doing (amazing) hair and will be restricted from standing for long periods.

Dope has always been a strong supporter of their friends, family, and teammates, and now it's our turn to pay it back! I'm sure many of you can sympathize with how tight finances are these days, and there's no room for slack as a self-employed, small business owner.

Any donation amount or sharing of the campaign is highly appreciated. If we all come together, we can get our friend back on their feet in a stable position. Our collective goal is to raise enough for Jacqui to receive $5,000 after fees are taken out. For full transparency, I'm setting the fundraising goal at $5,150 to account for a 2.9% fee, so Jacqui still gets $5,000.
