It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of our dear friend and coworker, Hecky Gutierrez.

Hecky was more than just a colleague — he was family to so many of us. A devoted partner to Yolanda Ybarra, a loving father, son, brother, uncle, coworker and friend. Hecky’s warmth, humor, and generous spirit touched everyone he met. He showed up for people. He worked hard. He loved deeply, especially the Dallas Cowboys. And he leaves behind a space that cannot be filled.

As Yolanda (“Yole” to those closest to her) navigates this unimaginable loss, she is also facing the overwhelming financial burdens that follow — funeral expenses, moving costs, and the many unexpected bills that arise during such a painful time.

We are coming together to raise funds to:

• Cover funeral and memorial expenses

• Assist with moving costs

• Help ease the financial strain Yole may face in the coming weeks and months

No one should have to carry this weight alone — especially while grieving the love of their life.
