Lilliana Moreno’s life was tragically cut short on the evening of February 16th when she was struck by a vehicle while walking with a friend on Capitol Hill in Seattle. This sudden loss has left her family, friends, and community devastated. She is cherished by so many, and her presence in our lives will forever be missed.
