Supporting the Morris/Blackmon Family After the Loss of David

With a heavy heart, I share that my husband, David Morris passed away this week after a courageous two-year battle with brain cancer.

Throughout his illness, David fought with incredible strength and love for his family. As his condition progressed, I was unable to work, and despite my best efforts, the financial strain on the family continued to grow. Now, in the midst of grieving this profound loss, I'm left caring for our family while facing overdue bills and the reality of having no funds for Christmas.

This fundraiser is meant to help lift some of that burden. Donations will go toward:

• Past-due household bills and basic living expenses

• Immediate needs during this transition

• Providing a small sense of normalcy and comfort for his children during the Christmas season

No family should have to navigate loss, financial stress, and the holidays all at once. Any amount—large or small—will make a meaningful difference and allow this family space to grieve, heal, and begin taking the next steps forward.
