Comfort & Care for Tansy

Tansy is more than a dog, she’s our heart. A sweet, warm soul who’s been with us through so many chapters of life. She’s brought joy to everyone she meets with her big smile, expressive eyes, and gentle spirit. She has a lot of friends (both human and animal), and it’s been incredible to see how many people love her as much as we do.

Over the past year, Tansy has been battling a complex and chronic illness. We’ve done everything we can to keep her comfortable and give her the best care possible; multiple medications, vet visits, bloodwork, imaging, and more. While she won’t recover, she’s still herself in all the ways that matter, and we’re doing our best to savor this time with her.

This GoFundMe isn’t to fund a cure, just to help offset the medical debt we’ve accumulated in caring for her. We hesitated to create this, because support isn’t something we expect. But several kind friends have asked how they can help, and we are deeply grateful for that kindness.
