My mother Christina has always been a hard worker who dedicated her life to loving and caring for her family. Today, dementia and a rare disease called CADASIL have taken so much from her. After suffering multiple strokes, her brain has been severely impacted—she is now bedridden and has even lost the ability to recognize who we are.

Watching someone you love slip away in this way is incredibly painful. As a family, we are doing everything we can to care for her, but the cost of the 24-hour, round-the-clock care she now needs has quickly gone beyond what we can manage on our own.

We are humbly reaching out to our community—family, friends, and loved ones—for support. Any contribution will help us begin securing the care she needs to remain comfortable and cared for during this time. We know this will be an ongoing journey, but right now we are asking for help to take the first steps.
