Comfort and Care for Cathy Fischer's Final Weeks
Donation protected
Our beloved Aunt Cathy, a dedicated wife and very family-oriented person, was recently diagnosed with Metastatic Stomach Cancer. A month ago she was a few days short of leaving for a vacation and went to the hospital for a severe headache. Over the last month they have been rigorously testing and treating other symptoms such as a heart issue leading them to implant a pacemaker. A few days ago, she was given only a few short weeks left to live. Her time in the hospital as well as the diagnosis, she has has been unable to work. Purity Gas and Cylinder have graciously offered to continue paying her salary and retain her insurance for her for the next 6 months. However, our Uncle Randy is trying to stay home to take care of her during her final weeks. Having Hospice as well as losing income comes with significant out-of-pocket costs. We're reaching out to our community to help alleviate this financial strain so Randy and Cathy Fischer can focus on keeping her as comfortable as possible and spend precious time with their family. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a world of difference. Thank you for your support, prayers, and positive thoughts.
