Well, I never thought this day would even be near. I always thought this man was going to be around forever! I'm putting together this fundraiser because since my dad's accident about 3 years ago (where he was beat up by 3 30 year old men and left for dead) he just hasn't been the same. He has not been able to work and hls and moms savings have been completely exhausted. They barely are able to make ends meets every month let alone any extra expenses. They have been living paycheck to paycheck for quite sometime. He has also let his life insurance premium lapse as of 2 years ago. That's something that has been a shock to us all as well. This man was always there for everyone and helping however he could. Now unfortunately his family is in the boat of needing help as well. With him gone, Mom will not be able to make ends meet in their current housing situation let alone pay for a funeral or memorial or anything. My son and I definitely help as much and where we can but it still won't be enough. We've got some serious decisions at this point and will be difficult without Forrest.
