Come home soon Annie Grayce. #AnnieAreYouOkay

Hi, my name is Brittany. Single Mom of 4 amazing kids. Raising funds to keep room, board, transportation, and medical needs for my three month old daughter and I in Gainesville Florida, and to aid and assist my mother and stepfather caring for my boys in pensacola. Three boys rocked my world to the point I knew this beautiful little princess, Annie Grayce, was a boy up until she was born. Not only did she sneak up on us finding out I was pregnant at 7 months, but she truly took all the fear and anxiety regarding, "What will I do with another?" She has been the glue to our card house. She has also completed our little circle from my missing mini, to bringing out such pride in her three big brothers to the point the all fawn over her. Anthony (10) Xander (4), and Micah (3). She is three months old as of 7/23/22. Three days later we found ourselves dealing with a little sister who had a tummy ache, by morning wake up call. By lunchtime, we knew poor baby sister just didn't feel good and needed to rest. No fever to go along with tummy issues simply told this mom of 4 to let her rest and comfort her. By dinner time she was barely keeping anything down, still no fever, and was resting peacefully in intervals of diaper changes and whimpers. By bedtime poor Annie Grayce had given me the notion to go ahead and take her if she got any worse through the night or by morning if she didn't keep this last feeding attempt down. After a bath she slept peacefully for approximately 2 hours, began to move around in her bassinet and I reach over to find her puddled in her vomit. Silently she was that sick. The ambulance was called at this point and upon hearing they were 25 to 30 minutes out, I was going to take her myself. As I entered the room again she was then not only blankly staring off with no ability to catch her or bring her attention back to me, she was twitching in rhythm from her bottom left side of her mouth. I called the ambulance back immediately and upon the ride to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola Florida it was confirmed she had begun a pattern of siezures. The ER and their best nurses couldn't get an IV started, a CT Scan showed she seemed to have been lacking oxygen to her brain, and they ended up having to intubate her and take over her breathing for her by respirator, and placing an emergency way of medicine by drilling an IV port directly into her shin. She has been solely in a state of sedation while doctors attempt to stop her siezures inorder to run further tests. After 5 days of being in the PICU the care team recommended I allow transfer to Gainesville, FL to Shands children's hospital where there was a larger neurology team that best suits her needs. I'm reaching out in this situation as a single mom who was getting ready to return to work after having a baby in need of funds to continue to stay with her here in Gainesville Florida room and board for my three children at home and my mother stepfather caring for them to have financial relief, in transportation to and from the places that I may need to go for her or here in Gainesville Florida or back and forth for my children as need be. Thanks for listening to our story and for any and all of your support. It truly means a lot to our family.
