Come fix my back (Surgery needed)

My name is Chris and for over two decades I have been living with ongoing pain in my upper back and neck. In recent years this pain has gotten much worse and is now impacting my quality of life on an ongoing basis. My GP confirms there is arthritis in the joints however there is also a benign mass that was formed in the area of my c6 vertebrate that if removed will be part of the solution to relief.

The health plan of Ontario once covered this procedure but it is now considered elective, even though it is clearly a contributor to my pain. I am self employed and still struggling to get back to a full time schedule and at this time unable to afford the $7500 cost of this and any recovery time, which fortunately is only 10 days.

I have booked the appointment for late April and need to pay the entirety 3 weeks prior to surgery date. I was able to deposit $2k and now need another 4500 to make this happen quickly and not adding to my stress and finances. I can afford a little more at this time but not the entire cost which I have calculated at 4500.

If I can get 200 people to donate 20-30 this can happen quickly. Every donation of 30 will get you a ticket to my live mind reading show being booked for early June. So think of this as buying an advanced ticket for a cause that will allow me to live a much better quality of life.

Fund will be entirely used to cover the cost of the surgery. I have already put down $2000 and obtained a $500 discount from the clinic. I also have $1000 this month to put in but thats all I can afford.

And to the countless people I've requested "come stand on my back" over the years, it wont be necessary much longer.
