It's raining BEN! Skydive for Combat Stress

Alongside a team of 15 Bens, I’ll be jumping out of a plane to raise vital funds for a cause close to my heart! You could say, It’s Raining Ben!

Why I’m Supporting This Cause:

I am a veteran who has worn several cap badges over the years, something my friends constantly take the mickey out of me for. In my younger years I served in the Former Yugoslavia and Iraq, and in 2017, I was diagnosed with PTSD and depression. It was a very dark time for me, but thanks to the amazing services provided by Combat Stress, I was able to get through this blip in my life. I am passionate about veteran mental health, and I am doing this to put something back and say thank you.

This will be an epic charity skydive event organised by The Council of Bens taking place on July 19th at Skydive Langar — a day that promises to be packed full of BENergy!

Here’s how your support will help:

● My fundraising target is £500.

● If the target is met, £240 will go towards covering the cost of the tandem skydive — this has been pre-arranged and agreed with the charity.

● If the goal isn’t met, 50% of the funds raised will still be donated to the charity.

● Every donation makes a real difference!
