Colt needs eye surgery, badly, and he does not have health insurance. We thought he just needed a new pair of glasses, so he got signed up for vision insurance and genuinely thought that would be enough.

He somewhat recently got an offer to rejoin a job that he really enjoyed. He knew he needed to get this resolved, so he made an eye appointment and waited. I've watched this man be so excited for over a month about this new opportunity, and today he learned he might have to decline the job even though he's signed on, supposed to start in a few weeks, and is excited for.

Most unfortunately, he has developed cataracts and he can't even qualify for glasses until they perform the surgery.

I desperately want to help him figure this out. He is the best person I've ever met and probably one of the best ones you've met too. He deserves eyes! And I can't buy them for him, but maybe I can help find support from like 6000 people who can give a dollar. The world is huge and I feel like I can do this.
