Colton Schroeder was involved in a car accident Wednesday evening. He was rushed to Winner hospital where he was taken care of until he was flown to Sanford in Sioux Falls later Wednesday evening. Colton had a compound arm fracture in his right arm where his bone broke completely through the skin. He has a couple of broken ribs and has a damaged radial nerve in his hand. He also has a broken neck. He broke the occipital bone in the front of the neck and broke two vertebrates in the back of his neck. He had bruising on his spinal cord and has bruises and cuts and scrapes all over his body. He has had two successful surgeries on his arm and neck so far. He also has two broken collarbones. We are asking for donations to help with the family and medical expenses that they will have while Colton recovers.
