Colter's Heartbreaking Journey for Amy

Hello, my name is Colter Hunt. I am a 15-year-old boy. My mom has been struggling with mental health for some time now, and I've been noticing she has been off and not in the right mindset. She has been acting strange, but I love my mom very much and would do anything in this world for her. She was the best mom, always took care of me, was always happy to see me, and always had a smile on her face around her friends.
But a tragedy happened on 04/27/25. my dad took my mom to the hospital to get help. It was 9:03 PM when I arrived at the hospital to drop her off. I thought she would be okay going into the hospital to get help. I called the hospital around 8 AM the next morning to make sure my mom was okay, and I found out in the call that she had discharged herself at 10:28 PM Saturday and was walking on the 210 highway heading eastbound, walking home. She was not in the right mental state to give us a call to come get her, and the hospital did not give us a call to come get her.
So, I checked her Life 360, and it said she was on the 210 highway in the woods. I went to try to find her phone, and I found her phone, wallet, purse, keys, and shoes, not knowing where my mother, Amy Hajdino, was. I drove around for 4 hours. Anybody I saw, I stopped and showed them a picture of my mother and asked if anyone had seen her. Everyone said no, they had not seen her.
Around 7:00 PM on 04/28/25, I had 2 officers come to my door and ask where my dad was. I thought they had found my missing mom. I kept asking if my mom was okay. The officer kept saying, "I need to talk to your dad." So, the officer met my dad at a local Quick Trip to speak to him about what happened. My dad came home while I was outside bawling my eyes out. The officers stepped out of their car and immediately took their hats off. I dropped to my knees crying. Little did I know, my mother was hit by a car on the 210 highway and was 500 yards away from me in a ditch with her lifeless body.
Any donations would be very grateful.
