Help us put Colson to rest

As many of you know, Colson has fought long and hard battling with many life threatening complications that came along with his genetic disorder Cornelia De Lange syndrome. He's fought a long 17 months and we're going to be giving him the peace and comfort he deserves. There's nothing more we can do for him so we've decided to let him go peacefully with his loved ones beside him. We're asking for help with costs for his cremation and memorial at a later date. Anything is appreciated.
