Colonel Culpepper Memorial 5k
As many of you are aware, just before the holidays, we lost a fellow Air Force member/fellow FMer, Col James “Rob” Culpepper, after a 6 month battle with Leukemia We were crushed to learn of Col Culpepper’s passing. He served over 25 years as an Air Force officer and a leader in our FM community…and we want to honor his legacy and service.
This is a 5K run/walk on 27 January, 2021 (what would have been his birthday) to honor Col Culpepper and raise money for POW/MIA.
We’d love to see as many of his fellow FMers out there participating in the 5K run/walk. To participate, we ask for a minimum donation of just $5.00. Also, for those who are unable to participate in the run/walk, they can still make donations.
On 27 January, we ask that you please wear an orange shirt while participating in the run/walk and take pictures so we can share the support with his wife Angela and daughter Caitlin. Please email your pictures to Lt Col Justin Gabbard at [email redacted].mil.
Thanks for helping us honor one of our own. Please contact Justin with any questions.
