Colon resection for Marky jr.

Marky Jr my 4th son has battled with a chronic illness so they say is constipation when really at 10 years old (  he is now 11 years old as of March 26 ) found out its much more CF. He is a handsome sweet heart that hurts everyone inside to see so sick.  I don’t usually ask for help but due to his upcoming surgery next week 24th of August and me not having PTO HOURS due to little marky’s 7th admission to the hospital,  I’m asking for help! I work full time hours but with my 4th son having 64-70 cm removed I will have to be out for about 4 weeks to care for him ( ESTIMATE 2 WEEKS IN HOSPITAL) Without money to cover food, bills, parking cost, and school cost due to being out of work and copay for his surgery he needs.
A little about Mark  jr. he is a very smart, sweet inside and out, with a smile that last a lifetime. We have 5 children in total and this year little Marky will be going into his 6th grade ( middle school ) we have chosen to do this surgery ASAP because of bullying he has recently received. Marky has has many surgery’s, hospital procedures, MRI’s drs thought it was a tethered cord due to his smile and uneven facial structure. X-rays to find the kink he keeps getting. Any how he has had open rectal biopsies, colonoscopes, regular biopsies, sitz market test ( failed ) reto-sigmoid manometry, full colonic manometry, stent placement, barium enema, physical therapy, injection to help in his rectum to go. and many more I can’t think of. He is on a daily flush of 500 ML’s of saline, 30 of liquid glycerin, and 19 ML’s of Castile soap to “TRY” that isn’t working and now the surgeons say it’s time for surgery. Months ago we talk and the surgeons at UT PEDIATRIC SURGERY wanted this done so he won’t leak stool all day And as well as little Marky wanted this done. He also takes 4 caps of Miralax daily, 2 senna, and 2 docalax. So long story, 11 years later I’m begging for help so we may help this young man avoid the hospitals and be able to attend middle school like a NORMAL kid.
