COLOMBIAN KIDS IN ROBOTICS THAILAND

Donation protected
***Update, thanks to your generosity we were able to raise the money for the airfare tickets, now we are still raising money towards the hotel and travel expenses since they have two days layover in Spain. Your donation will help them cover those expenses.

The robotic team of the non-profit foundation “Fundacion Vision 20-20” in Colombia, South America, won the first place at the National Robotic Olympiad. Three smart and talented kids from rural areas form this group (Gabriela 11, Allison 8 and Mauricio 11) will represent the country in the World Robot Olympiad in Thailand, on November 16th, 2018. Now these kids face a greater challenge, since they come from low income families, so they don’t have the resources to finance the trip. Avianca, the Colombian Airline, is sponsoring them and covering the journey from Colombia to Spain. But now they need to find the resources for the rest of the airfare tickets, accomodation and travel expenses. Fundacion Vision 20-20 Colombia main purpose as non-profit has been to bring technology to the rural areas in Colombia, now this opportunity is the result of many efforts and the kids have proven all their hard work. We invite you to support this cause and help the kids make this dream come true!

Being a part of the Olympiads is for him a chance to show the potential of our country.
