On Tuesday, February 18, 2020, Collyn MyLove Kirk Hawkins slipped away during her before school nap. She looked like a baby doll smiling and in peace. Collyn always looked so pretty with a big beautiful smile on her face. She fought an amazing fight with Trisomy 18 (Edwards Syndrome) and defied odds surviving two years, five months and 14 days when her given life expectancy was suppose to be perhaps a day if at all. After all the pokes, surgeries, a feeding tube, trachs, and subpar homecare nurses, today she is now completely healed, painless and in the arms of our Heavenly Father.
Due to the circumstances of her condition her mother, Lovelee, was unable to obtain insurance for Collyn. Although some expenses have already been paid out of pocket there is still a remaining balance. In order to give Collyn a proper memorial Lovelee and family are asking for financial support. All donations will be used to secure her final arrangements and any remaining will be donated to The Trisomy 18 Foundation. Thank you❤️
*Funeral Arrangements will be added here once finalized.
