Collin Strong, Osteosarcoma Fighter

Wow. What to say. No one ever wants to hear the word cancer, especially when it’s your family. This is Collin, my nephew. Collin is 14 years young and as of yesterday was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. What is osteosarcoma you ask? It is a rare bone (only 1000 cases per year) cancer that starts in the cell that form bones. A couple of weeks ago Collin developed some pain in his leg that developed into a limp, ultimately causing him to get it checked out. After a couple xrays, MRIs and CT scans later, he learned his diagnosis. He already has a port in place to start chemo coming up in the next week or so. Collin is a wonderful kid, respectful and kind. He has 3 brother. One older and two younger. He loves to fish, hunt, and play in the band. He plays the Base drum and recently starting marching. As of right now Collin is non weight bearing on the effected leg. Please help me support Collin and his family. I will do my best to keep updates on here for him. Thank you everyone.
