Collier Family - Emergency Fund

Summary

My name is Miles Collier (26 years old), I am the son of Nick Collier (51 years old) who is currently battling Stage IV Gallbladder Cancer. This fundraiser campaign will not only help fight my fathers cancer and pay for unexpected medical bills, but it would help support my brother (30 years old) who is building his own home solo now and my Mom who could potentially lose her home. Nick was diagnosed last month and has had a very positive mental attitude considering the circumstances.

All donations will allow our family to come together and spend as much time building memories! Even through the cancer and serve pain he's in he's actively working as a Realtor.

 

About Us

Although I am bias, my parents are rare - they grew up in the same small town near each-other and have practically been together before they can remember. They care for each-other extensively, I'd described them as metaphorically connected by the hip! My Dad is an incredibly strong person and an amazing father. He is fully selfless and typically doesn't reach out for help. He is the type of person when it's snowing here in Colorado he drives around to help find people in need / stuck, pull them out, provide cozy care packages. He's an amazing person and he has instilled some amazing values in not only our family, but our community.

My brother, Jared Collier (30 years old), is also in need of financial support. He currently lives in an RV in the mountains of Colorado next to my parents. He lives with an amazing wife, two perfect kids, and adult husky - all in an RV!

He's building his own home entirely by hand, originally my father was helping him but he's in too much pain now for physical labor.

Nick, my father, is very worried what would happen with this construction project and says he would be put at ease if it were completed. I want to make that a reality, so his grandkids have a home to stay in not a tiny 200sqft $5,000 RV.

 

In short; our family is in dire need of help right now. Anything contributes and is very appreciated.
