School-Based Financial Assistance - Isaac Dunkley

UPDATE :
I am Isaac Dunkley an aspiring medical doctor. Recently I have been accepted by the University of The West Indies for the faculty of the Medical Sciences after originally being rejected. I have reason to believe that this is because my family was unable to present 140,000 U.S dollars in financial statements as evidence to cover the five years of studies. However, opportunities have presented themselves which has allowed me to be accepted.
I have attained a total of 19 ones ( the highest possible grade) with 15 straight A profiles in two different exams administered by CXC. The exams are the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) and the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE).
June 2017 (CSEC):

English B – Grade One (all ‘A’ profiles)
