Nagi Mahalingam passed away unexpectedly on November 29th, 2023 at his home in San Diego. He is survived by his wife (45) and two children (18 and 16). Nagi was a devoted husband and father who cared deeply for his family. Everything he did was in service of giving his family a happy life filled with love and opportunity.

In addition to being a loving husband and father, Nagi was an accomplished professional in the field of telecommunications engineering. He is greatly missed by his colleagues, who valued not only his robust expertise but also his kindness, patience, humor, wit, and genuine enthusiasm in the workplace.

Nagi’s immediate and extended family is devastated by his untimely and unexpected passing. If Nagi has touched your life in some way and you feel moved to contribute, all donations will go towards educational & college expenses for his two teenage children as the family transitions to a new normal. Both of his children have aspirations of going to medical school, and it was Nagi’s greatest dream to support their educational journey as they pursue their passions. Though his sudden and devastating loss has threatened their collegiate aspirations, we hope to make that dream a reality in Nagi’s memory and honor.
