Hello, this is Fred Stevenson. I have been Yancy's colleague at Edwards Lifesciences since 2015, and I knew him for many years prior to his time at Edwards. Yancy recently passed away on Sept 4, 2021 from COVID-19 complications. He worked tirelessly as a field clinical specialist across Louisiana and the Southeast helping his TAVR teams treat patients with valvular heart disease. He was loved by all his customers and colleagues. Yancy was known for his gentle spirit, his kindness and his deep knowledge of so many different subjects. He loved hunting, fishing and anything to do with the woods and the outdoors. But most of all, he loved his family and friends. He leaves behind his wife Michelle Watkins and his son Holden who was the apple of his eye. On behalf of Edwards Lifesciences, his family and his friends, we are seeking to raise funds for Holden's future college education. All money raised will be administered by Michelle Watkins.
