College fund for the children of Sara (Giannone) Harper

With heavy hearts, we are coming together to support the four children of our sister, Sara Giannone Harper. Sara passed away unexpectedly and far too young on December 4, 2025, in South Carolina, at the age of 44. She leaves behind four beautiful children. Sara’s children, Liam 17, Mya 15, James 13, and Elise, 9 were the center of her world. While we cannot take away their grief, we can help ease the uncertainty that lies ahead.

One of the greatest concerns she shared was her children’s future-especially their education. In her memory, we are raising funds to help ensure each child has support when the time comes to pursue college or other educational/vocational paths. Your kindness and support will be a reminder of how deeply they are loved during this sorrowful time in their lives.

All funds raised will be deposited equally into four separate 529 college savings plans, one established for each child. These accounts are dedicated education savings plans and can only be used for qualified expenses such as tuition, books, housing, and related costs.

Dana and I, as sisters, and on behalf of the family, are serving as the organizers and account holders to ensure the funds are protected, tracked, and used exactly as intended-for the children’s education.

Every contribution, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated and is an investment in the children’s future and in honoring our sister’s life and her love for her children by helping secure their time ahead.
