Our family tragically and unexpectedly lost Rachel this week. Rachel was a beloved wife, mother, and educator. We are devastated, as are her husband Karl and her four children Scott, Reed, Caroline, and Eric. Rachel was an amazing mother, wife, friend, and educator. Rachel spent her life caring not only for her family but also touching the countless lives of the students she has taught over the years. In lieu of flowers, our family is asking for donations to be used as a college fund in her memory for her children. Rachel loved to learn, and would want nothing more than for her children to have the opportunity to do the same in her absence.
