Hi, my name is Galina and I am fundraising for my nieces Marina and Andreea.
All the hardship began 3 years ago when their mother (a single mom) passed away from uterine cancer. Their father was never involved in any way in their lives, so they moved in with my brother and sister in law. They are currently in Moldova, a small country in Eastern Europe, where government benefits are pretty much inexistent. Marina is 19 years old and she just graduated from high school with Honors. She is very excited to continue her education and pursue better opportunities at a University in Romania, where she got approved for a scholarship. While moving to a new country is already a challenging experience, she will also need a laptop for school. She has been working for a couple of years already, but her small salary and the savings are not sufficient to purchase a laptop, school supplies, cover for travel and relocation expenses.
Andreea is 16 years old and she is currently enrolled at the National College of Medicine and Pharmacy in Chisinau, Moldova. While she currently lives with my bother and sister in law, she also needs a laptop and school supplies, which are a huge expense for a young student in Moldova.
All our immediate family is doing the best we can to support and help them financially since their mother passed away. However, the funds needed to get them started with pursing their higher education are significant. Va rog din suflet sa le ajutam impreuna pe nepoatele mele Marina si Andreea sa isi inceapa studiile universitare, care necesita o suma financiara semnificativa.
Marina si Andreea au ramas orfane 3 ani in urma, cind mama lor Maria a decedat de cancer uterin intr-un timp foarte scurt dupa ce a fost diagnosticata. Tatal lor nu a fost implicat niciodata in viata lor si nu a contribuit in nici un fel la cresterea lor. Dupa decesul mamei lor, cumantul si cumnata mea le-au luat sa traisca cu ei la Chisinau. Pe parcursul acestor 3 ani noi toti am contribuit cum am putut pentru a le oferi o adolescenta normala, in special pentru can beneficiile sociale in Moldova sint practic inexistente.
Marina are 19 ani si vara aceasta a terminat liceul cu merite. Marina este forate entuziasmata ca a obtinut o bursa la o universitatea din Romania, unde isi va continua studiile. Costul relocarii si stabilirii intro tara straina este destul de mare, pe linga faptul ca are nevoie si de un laptop pentru universitate. Mariana lucreaza deja de citiva ani, insa economiile pe care le are nu sint indeajuns ca sa acopere aceste cheltuieli si procurarea unui laptop.
Andreea are 16 ani si in prezent studiaza la Colegiul National de Medicina si Farmaceutica din Chisinau, Moldova. Desi in prezent ea locuieste cu cumnatul si cumnata mea, Andreea tot are nevoie de un laptop si alte rechizite scolare, cheltuieli foarte mari pentru o tinara studenta in Moldova.
De la moartea mamei lor, noi toti am contribuit cu ce am putut ca sa le oferim o viata cit mai normala si fara lipsuri. Insa cheltuielile necesare pentru ca ele sa isi continuie studiile unversitare sint foarte mari. Noi toti va rugam sa ajutati cu orice contributie aceste doua tinere studente orfane ca sa se stabileasca si sa isi inceapa studiile superioare.
