College fund for Makai Owen-Rubbo

To all our friends and family of our beloved Tate Rubbo.  We are setting up this GoFundMe College Account specifically for Tate's daughter Makai.  She is now 14 years old and in 4 short years will be graduating high school and starting her life as a young adult.   As you can imagine, the dreams and aspirations of our young people are paramount to our success as a community.   We can not comprehend the emotions of a 14 year old girl losing her father and what impact that will have on her future.  We are here,  as Tate and Makai's community to make sure she is afforded every opportunity she deserves.  As we are sitting here writing this, we are encouraged by the amazing place we live and the bond we all have here in Paso and on the Central Coast.  Makai is our future.  Let's do our best to help nurture her future, let her and her family know she is loved, and come together in the best possible way as we know our community can.
