College Fund Adam Kozicki, son of Marcin Kozicki

As a tribute to Marcin and his family the Pagalo's Family has started a College Fundraising Memorial for his 15 year old son, Adam Kozicki. Marcin Kozicki, 41, of Milan Illinois, recently passed away unexpectedly on Monday November 6th, 2023. Marcin was an amazing person who loved his son Adam dearly. He was a proud single father to a big hero and would often talk about Adam with his peers at work.

Professionally, Marcin was a "dedicated" employee. He would show up to work ready to seize the day, and without complaint he would cover for anybody on a last-minutes notice. AS a single father, no matter what Marcin would power through each and everyday to make sure he provided for his son. Yet, what set Marcin apart was not just his incredible ability to be “Superman”. It was his ability to create relationships, to build connections, and keep the Pagalo’s team together. He was the heart, of our Pagalo’s culture.

As we grieve the loss of Marcin, let us remember his zest for life and his unwavering ability to power through. Let us remember the Marcin who taught us to see work not just as a job, but as a community, a place where he was most successful and personal bonds intertwined and let's cherish these memories, for they are the pieces of Marcin that we carry within us, the reminders of our friend who will always be missed.
