On September 4, 2020 we discovered that our precious and fun loving Colleen was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. We have created this page as a means of showing support as she takes on this new journey.
Colleen has a servant's heart and she freely gives a piece of herself everywhere she goes. Her love for family, friends, community, the homeless and animals is an encouragement to everyone who has had the privilege to know her. She is a true champion to many, and makes us all want to be the best version of ourselves. Colleen NEEDS us to give back to her NOW.
She met with her surgeon and oncologist on Wednesday September 9th to discuss her next steps. As of today her treatment plan will include: Chemotherapy (ASAP) followed by Radiation and 2 separate Surgeries. The next year will be challenging both physically and financially as Colleen begins treatment and makes her way into recovery. This year has already been a hardship due to the global pandemic, but to receive this diagnosis just adds to the financial burden that our dear friend will be taking on.
OUR GOAL is to raise $75,000.00 and we are reaching out to ask for financial support.
The funds will help Colleen in the following ways
* Medical Bills - Expenses, Insurance
* Home Bills- Mortgage, Utilities, Insurances
* Business - Staff Support
* Various Other Costs that may arise
Every donation made will be greatly appreciated, no matter the amount, and your generosity and support will help out in unthinkable ways as Colleen continues to press on and persevere.
