Mr. Kenneth A. Karmuza, age 49, passed away unexpectedly, on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at his home. He was the husband of Annette (Dvorchak) Karmuza and the father of Victoria B. Karmuza, Alyson J. Karmuza, and Jacob C. Karmuza.
Ken was born on April 10, 1972 in Waterbury, son of Joan M. (Nason) Karmuza and the late Charles A. Karmuza. He was a graduate of Wilby High School, Class of 1990. Ken was a self-employed entrepreneur for over 25 years. Along with his wife, he was the owner/operator of A Neat Cleaning and Landscaping Service and worked with his brother at K&S Property Services.
A classic car aficionado, Ken was the proud owner of a 1986 Chevy Monte Carlo SS and was a member of the Brass City Cruisers. He enjoyed hiking, riding his scooter everywhere and loved animals, especially his dogs Ruger and Cassie. He was an amazing father and a fun dad. He was happiest when spending time with his kids, weather it was hanging out with them, or playing all kinds of sports and video games.
In addition to his wife Annette, his mother Joan, and his beloved children Victoria, Alyson, and Jacob; all of Waterbury, Ken is survived by his brother Scott Karmuza and his wife Michelle of Waterbury, and his sister Tracy McLay and her husband Brent of Georgia. He also leaves his mother-in-law Joanna Dvorchak as well as several nieces and nephews.
