Did you know that over 40,000 youth in Canada experience some form of homelessness every year? Queen's Project on International Development (QPID) is raising money for the Kingston Youth Shelter to help those in our community suffering from these inequalities.

Our annual collecting with QPID (CWQ) event aims to break down the stigma around youth homelessness. QPID partners with the Kingston Youth Shelter annually to raise awareness and educate on the needs in our community. Every dollar raised through Collecting with QPID goes directly to the Kingston Youth Shelter, supporting emergency housing and essential services for youth aged 16-24 who are homeless or at risk. Your donation helps provide meals, a safe place to sleep, counselling, life skills programming, hygiene supplies, clothing, and housing support, giving young people the stability and resources they need to rebuild their lives and move toward a more secure future.
