Prozess gegen Polizei Trial against police

Ich bin Opfer von Polizeibrutalität. Unter sehr banalen Umständen wurde meine Hand von einem Polizisten gebrochen, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist. Ich wurde brutal aus der Kirche geworfen, weil ich keinen Ausweis vorweisen konnte. Zwei Wochen nach den Vorfällen wurden alle Vorschriften aufgehoben. Zu dieser Zeit war ich auch arbeitslos.

Ich hatte eine sehr komplizierte Operation, die über 4 Stunden dauerte, mit dem Risiko, dass mein Nerv beschädigt werden könnte und ich für den Rest meines Lebens mit der Plastik leben muss. Der Polizist hielt meinen Arm so fest, dass ich am Ende meine Finger nicht mehr spüren konnte. Es dauerte 5 Minuten, bis ich meine Finger wieder spüren konnte. Und das, obwohl ich einen dicken Pullover trug, denn es war Winter, kurz nach Weihnachten. Außerdem hat er mit einem anderen Polizisten darüber gelacht, dass er mein Oberarm gebrochen hat. Ihm war das bewusst, dass er ihn gebrochen hat.

Wir mussten zuerst vor Gericht gehen, um eine Bewilligung für ein Strafverfahren zu erhalten. Das Zürcher Obergericht hat die Bewilligung verweigert, während das Bundesgericht klar gesagt hat, dass ein Strafverfahren durchgeführt werden muss. Die Strafbehörde hat nun eine Einstellungsverfügung angekündigt, obwohl keine umfassende Untersuchung stattgefunden hat. Dagegen möchte ich mit Ihrer Hilfe bitten. Ich habe bereits 14.000 CH ausgegeben und bräuchte jetzt Unterstützung.

Ich möchte, dass der Polizist für seine Taten zur Rechenschaft gezogen wird.

Eine solche Brutalität hätte unter keinen Umständen stattfinden dürfen.

Das Verfahren steht kurz vor der Einstellung, wenn ich nicht erneut Einspruch erhebe, was bedeutet, dass ein Polizist, der lachte, dass er mir die Hand brach und so brutal vorging, dass ich meine Finger nicht mehr spüren konnte, keine Konsequenzen tragen wird .Leider bin ich ohne finanzielle Unterstützung nicht in der Lage, weiterzumachen. I am victim of police brutality. In very innocent circumstances my hand was broken by the policeman as seen on the picture. I was bruttaly thrown out of church because I didn`t have covid certificate. After two weeks of the incidents all regulations were lifted. I was also unemployed at that time.

I had very complicated operation, that lasted over 4h, with the risk that my nerve could be damaged and will live with the plastic till the rest of my life. The policeman held my arm so strong that I couldn`t feel my fingers in the end. It took 5 minutes till I could feel fingers again. This despite the fact, that I was wearing thick pullover since it was winter, shortly after Christmas time. Moreover he laughed with another policeman that he broke it.

Following the criminal complaint, we first had to go to court to obtain authorization for criminal proceedings. The High Court of Zurich refused the authorization, whereas the Federal Supreme Court clearly stated that criminal proceedings must be conducted. The criminal authority has now announced a discontinuation order, even though no comprehensive investigation has taken place. I would like to take action against this with your help. I have already spent 14.000 CH and would need support now.

I want the policeman to be accountable for what he did.

Such brutality shouldn`t have taken place under any circumstances.

The proceeding are about to be suspended if I don`t appeal again, which will mean that a policeman who laughed that broke the hand and used such brutality that I couldn`t feel my fingers will bear no consequences.
