Collapsed Lung Spontaneous Pneumothorax Surgery

I recently had a bleb in my lung rupture ripping out my main artery from my arm to my heart. I had four surgeries costing about 250,000 dollars in work. The insurance is narrowing it down but I have no savings and barely any money at all to pay these bills. I would really appreciate any help you guys can give!
