I was born with Neurofibromatosis which has caused my face to be disfigured. Surgery has been ongoing over the years but with the death of my former surgeon I now have high out of pocket costs which are beyond my financial means. I have had to postpone recommended surgery from April 2018 as with being on a pension I cannot afford it. I have rescheduled the surgery for August 2018 and am hoping for your generosity so I can go ahead. This surgery will help me to be able to eat and drink better as well as improving my appearance
