Family & Friends of Colin,
 
As most of you know, in August of this year, Colin packed up his belongings and moved to Flagstaff, Arizona to pursue running at the professional level. Colin has had a fantastic fall of training and is now preparing for his first track seasons as a professional.
 
One of Colin’s big goals is to qualify for the USA Outdoor Championships in the 1500m. The time standard is 3:39.00 and they fill the field with the best 30 men in the country. I fully believe Colin has the ability to make this meet and put himself on the line with the best professionals in the U.S. The trick is to find races that have competitive fields for Colin to race and give him an opportunity to run these fast times.
 
Colin is currently unsponsored and funding himself, which is where we need your help. It’s been amazing for me to see Colin relentlessly pursuing a dream and as one of his close friends I want to keep doing whatever I can to help in that pursuit.
 
If you feel inclined, we would love to receive some financial support from you to help fund Colin’s winter and spring track seasons. We mainly need funding for the following things:
 
·       Travel (Flights, Gas, Rental Cars etc...)
·       Lodging
·       Entry Fee’s
 
We are hoping to travel to some high quality meets to give Colin the opportunity to run in fields that are at the highest level and hopefully these opportunities will garner him attention and future support. Here are some of the meets we would potentially try to attend if we had the funding.

Bryan Clay – April 17th@ Azusa Pacific University – 1500m
 
USATF Middle Distance Classic – May 18th@ Occidental College – 1500m
 
USATF Outdoor Championships – July 25-28 @ Drake University – 1500m

Colin does not know I am doing this for him. For those that know him, you know how selfless he is and how many people he has been a positive light to. I love him a ton and want to help give him a shot at his dream of professional running.
