Hi everyone my names Ashley Reem, my sons name is Coleson Cirineo he is only 9 months old. Friday January 20th he was diagnosed with a Wilms Tumor on his left kidney. We had a week long stay at the Childrens Hospital at Hershey Med Center on the Oncology floor, Coleson had to have surgery on January 24th to have this tumor removed and his left kidney. The doctors determined it was in fact stage 1 cancer. We are very grateful that we did catch this in time and that they were able to remove it all and it didn’t spread anywhere else. But unfortunately he will still have to do 18 weeks of chemotherapy. My heart is so broken knowing that I have to watch my 9 month old baby go through such a scary thing. And while I am trying to stay positive and try not to stress out about everything else I do worry about medical expenses being a single mom. I hate asking for help, I’m horrible at it but I know I’m going to need all the help I can get because medical expenses are outrages and I just want Coleson to have the best treatment he can get. Anything helps and I’m forever grateful and thank you to everyone for praying for him and being so supportive during this time!❤️
