Cole LeBarre's Vision Therapy
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Myriah and I'm fundraising for my nephew Cole LeBarre's medical needs. Cole is a bright, funny, and smart young man. He recently graduated from Michigan Tech University with his engineering degree and got married to his long time girlfriend Nikki LeBarre. They had just purchased their new home together when tragedy hit home. Cole began having headaches on a daily basis that were managed by pain medication at first, but progressively got worse until he ended up in the emergency room. Upon receiving a cat scan, Cole found that he had a 4 cm cavernous malformation in the middle of his brain. It would need immediate surgery. After waiting for all of the MRIS to be concluded and planning to occur, Cole underwent a successful brain surgery roughly 2 months ago. However, Cole also had 3 strokes in the process. This left him with a paralyzed left side and no vision. After his rehabilitation, Cole has miraculously gotten 100% movement back in his left side. However, his vision has not been so lucky. After receiving as much therapy as his insurance would allow, he was left with very limited vision in both of his eyes. In order for this young man to have a more fulfilling life, he needs his vision therapy to help his eyes work together and improve his field of vision. This requires treatment from Wow therapy in Grand Rapids, but insurance is refusing to cover the cost, so the family has been paying out of pocket for very expensive vision therapy sessions. If you have any money to spare, please consider donating to my nephew so he can get the vision therapy he needs. He is only 25 years old and has the rest of his life in front of him. We do not want to let something like this to restrict his vision! Thank you for anything that you're able to donate to this very worthy cause. Much love from the LeBarre family.
