Cole D’Acquisto - Gone, but never forgotten

With great sadness, I announce the most devastating news that my beloved nephew, Cole, passed away on New Year's Day from injuries sustained during an ATV accident. Cole was doing what he loved, where he loved doing it, with the people that loved him most, his family and friends.

Cole lived his 12 years of life courageously and passionately, charming the pants off of every person he met. His parents would describe him as a bright, funny, thoughtful, brave, and fierce little man. Cole cherished his family, loved his friends, accepted any challenge, and never gave up. Cole was a great student and served as his school's associated student body treasurer, committing his time to benefit his peers. Cole's enthusiasm infected us all.

Cole was the light in our eyes and the love in our hearts. Cole's parents, Vince and Lisa, are shattered. Our family is broken. Vince and Lisa now face the loss of their beloved son each day and want to give Cole the memorial he deserves, honor his memory, and say goodbye. Many have reached out to offer support in various ways. Donations would gladly be appreciated to help with some of the medical expenses, service, burial, and memorial costs. Funds would also be used for grief relief, allowing Vince, Lisa, and Austin to grieve their loss together.

At this time, funeral arrangements are being made and will be communicated shortly. Until then, we welcome your prayers and ask that you use this time to reflect on Cole's life. We know that this loss is deeply felt by many.
