Colden's MRI

Colden has had a rough life. We rescued him as a stray in 2015 off the streets of South LA where people were people would throw bottles at him and terrorize him. Now Colden is battling a potential brain tumor or other neurological disease and needs to receive an MRI ASAP so we can figure out what is going on. Our regular vet, Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital, does not have a neurologist on staff so we were referred to Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Sorrento Valley. On top of the nearly $4000 we already owe Bressi Ranch we will have to raise an additional $171 for the evaluation at Veterinary Specialty Hospital and $2600 for the MRI. This does not include the price of treatment (if there will be a need for treatment) once we get the MRI results. Bressi Ranch is amazing and lets us pay them after services rendered but unfortunately that is not an option with the neurologist which means we have to pay about $2800 up front for Colden to get his MRI. It is imperative that we get Colden in immediately so that we can get him the care he needs.
