My name is Jessalyn & I am desperate to help my baby cat in any way I can. I adopted my cat a couple months back and recently, she has been diagnosed with extreme gingivitis. They believe it is from her immune system attacking itself. She is being put on antibiotics and steroids, but the main concept is a full tooth extraction to alleviate her discomfort and improve her quality of life. I reached out to the facility I adopted her from for any kind of support as this occurred within their care and they have been unwilling & unkind during the entirety of this situation. I’m sad and scared for her and what’s to come, but I truly just want her to be okay.
